Socialism is Monetary Martyrdom

Recently, an instructor gave me an interesting article titled, Understanding your money type by Deborah Price. One amusing type perfectly characterizes the Democrat willing to distribute a percentage of his/her slice of the pie to causes, expecting gratitude in return is

The Martyr

Martyrs are so busy taking care of others needs that they often neglect their own. Financially speaking, the martyr does more for others than themselves from some circumstance. However, the martyr gives with attatchment and is repeatedly let down when others have failed to meet their expectations. They have formed an unconscious attatchment to their own suffering.

The martyr moves between two energies, one that seeks to be in control and is controlling of others, and the other is that of a wounded child that is very needy.

Although, a democratic voter may claim to detatch themselves from spiritual mysticism, this is the money type willing to hang on the debt cross.

The Martyr is very seductive through generosity, but this is a passive method of control that sabotages the controlling. Thus, in a self-interest based economy, socialism is sabotaging the people. In the big picture, trading one's potential for prosperity (capitalism) for security (socialism) only benefits politicians. Thus the politicians are the only rational socialists. How do we solve an irrational decision? By making the rational decision in the future. The infinity cycle of irrational decision making connects the past with the present, and the future reconnects with the past.
